Mark R Johnson (General Manager): Mark came to Parkland Light & Water Company in September 2002 as the Manager of Finance and Administration. He had previously worked at Lewis County Public Utility District for five years. In 2007 Mark became the General Manager upon the retirement of Mr. James Sherrill. Mark has an Associate of Science degree, a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration which he received from Washington State University. Mark and his wife Elaine have lived in Western Washington since 1979. They enjoy their three grown children, a daughter-in-law and two grand children. The family keeps Mark busy when he's not playing racquet ball or riding his motorcycle. |

| Patrick Morehart (Electric Superintendent) is a life long resident of the Parkland area. After graduating from Bethel High School, Pat served his country in Southeast Asia as a member of the United States Navy. Once he returned to the Parkland area Pat started his career in the electrical distribution industry. With over thirty years of electrical utility experience he now serves the Parkland Light and Water Company as Electric Superintendent. Pat is also a fully credentialed cooperative director with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Pats knowledge, experience and leadership qualities give him the solid background to lead the Electric Department in the daily operations. |

Dale Budzinski (Water Superintendent) is the Water Superintendent and has been with Parkland Light and Water Company since 1990. Dale recieved two Associates and Applied Science degrees from Green River Community College, one degree in Water Technology and the second in Waste Water Treatment. He holds his Washington State Certification as a WDM III, CCS, and WTPO II.

Susan Cutrell (Manager of Finance and Administration) joined Parkland Light & Water July 2001 as the Administrative Assistant. She had previously worked as Office Manager for Ram International, Tax Preparer for H&R Block, and as a licensed cosmetologist. In 2007, Susan was promoted to Controller and in 2008 she was promoted to Manager of Finance and Administration. Susan has an Associate of Science degree, Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business at Pacific Lutheran University. Susan and her husband Brent has lived in Pierce County since 1982 and have four children. Susan has had the privilege of coaching youth baseball with her husband, for fifteen years, leading Girl Scout troop 411 and holding numerous PTA board positions. For fun, Susan enjoys working out and spending time with her family. |

| Rob Lewis (Assistant Engineer) was hired as a part-time draftsperson in 1990 and then accepted a full-time position in 1991. In 1997 Rob went to work for Spanaway Water Co. as the Assistant Manager and then returned to PL&W Co. in 2001 to fill the position of Assistant Engineer. Rob is continuously updating and fine tuning as-built records while simultaneously working on designs for new construction and system improvements. |

| Boo Soth (IT Manager): Boo joined Parkland Light and Water April 2003 as Computer Operator. He had previously worked at Sysco of Seattle. In 2009, Boo was promoted to IT Manager. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Has a MCP and MCSE. Boo enjoys eating and playing video games for hobbies. |
