Clean Energy Info

Dear Parkland Light & Water Electric Consumer,

Your input is essential!

As part of Washington State’s Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA), Parkland Light & Water is updating its Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP). This plan will guide how we deliver clean, reliable, and affordable electricity to our community — including programs to help reduce energy costs, improve efficiency, and support those most in need.

What Is the Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP)?

  • It’s a 4-year roadmap outlining how our utility will meet Washington’s goals to provide greenhouse gas-neutral electricity by 2030 and 100% clean electricity by 2045. See the 2022 PL&W plan here. See the 2026-2029 PL&W draft plan here.
  • Even though all our power comes from clean BPA hydroelectricity, we want to ensure our programs and services work for you and your neighbors, especially those facing financial hardship.

How Can You Participate?
