Parkland Light and Water offers one leak adjustment in a 12 month period, per property. If you have recently experienced a leak and have fixed the leak, please submit the below requested information for a partial adjustment on your next bill.

In order to receive an adjustment, your usage MUST return to normal use (comparable to the usage at that time the previous year). Once usage has returned to normal, PL&W will take the highest usage amount from one billing statement, subtract the normal usage amount, and divide that total in half.

For example:
High usage (during the leak) = 125 units
Normal usage last year at that time = 10 units
125 units minus 10 units = 115
115 units divided by 2 = 57.5
Your credit will be for 57.5 units at the appropriate tiered rate(s).
